May 2006 - Meeting Ron Magnuson in Sumas, WA

On May 13, shortly after a 'pipe give-way marathon' at the Smokers Forums, a few lucky Vancouver Pipe Club/Smokers Forums members got together with long-time benefactor of the Forums, Ron Magnuson and his lovely wife Linda at Bob's Burgers in Sumas, WA. In addition to the pipes he gifted these members, Ron donated tobacco, humidors and pipe cabinets to our Club. In appreciation for his generosity, Doug presented Linda with flowers, and Ron with a plaque, on behalf of the Forums. Hereby a photo of this wonderful get-together.
